Terms and Conditions

Of course we do not assume it, but there may be circumstances that make you cancel or cancel your planned stay with us. That is why we are happy to make the following agreements with you:

Every reservation can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours; after this period the reservation is final.

There are also no costs associated with a cancellation up to 4 weeks before your planned stay; we just hope that you will fix a new date soon.

If you cancel between 3 and 4 weeks before your planned stay, we will charge you 25% of the reservation amount.

If you cancel between 2 and 3 weeks before your planned stay, we will charge you 50% of the reservation amount.

If you cancel between 1 and 2 weeks before your planned stay, we will charge you 75% of the reservation amount.

If you cancel within 1 week before your planned stay, we will charge you the full amount of the reservation. This also applies if you do not show up or cancel your stay with us.

You can of course always be replaced by other guests.

To limit the financial consequences for you, we advise you to take out (ongoing) cancellation insurance.
